You will make an impact in the following way:

  • Support advanced machining department with process and production issues with a rapid response time
  • Address production stops and take corrective action when problem is process related
  • Coordinate the manufacturing launch of new and revised products, identifying the processes, creating documentation, establishing production rates, identifying, and sourcing tooling
  • Carry out continuous process improvement projects and problem resolution, driven primarily through issues identified in the Lean Daily management process, to maintain Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost performance goals

What you will bring:

  • Education
    • Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering or related discipline. Master’s degree preferred

  • Experience & Skills
    • 3 years of experience in a manufacturing engineering role; proficiency in using AutoCAD and or Solidworks programs.

  • Continuous Improvement is our way of life
    • Lean Manufacturing experience or Six Sigma Certification required
